Refund policy

Due to sanitary reasons, Lash Dolls cannot accept return of products after the packaging has been opened. Lash Dolls inspects all products for quality assurance prior to shipping. In the rare event that a proven defective product is shipped, Lash Dolls should be notified within 5 days of receipt via email( customerservice@lashdollsdfw.com). If return is approved, buyer will be contacted with return instructions. Lash Dolls reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product.

IN NO EVENT WILL LASH DOLLS (ESSENTAL CAPITAL INVESTEMENTS,LLC) OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS,JUDGEMENTS,LOSSES,PENALTIES,FINES, SETTLEMENTS,EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURT COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES INCIDIENT THERETO;INDIRECT, SPECIAL,INCIDENTAL,ECONOMIC,CONSEQUENTLY SOLD BY LASH DOLLS (ESSENTIAL CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LLC). BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY,DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS LASH DOLLS (ESSENTIAL CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LLC) FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOT WITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, PROVIDED THAT THE LASH DOLLS (ESSENTIAL CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LLC) WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
